Vintage 1920s 1930s black velvet velour cloche hat with side tassel. Simply gorgeous vintage 1920’s 1930’s black velvet velour cloche type hat with side tassel and turned up front brim. Inside lining is a white hand-stitched stiff netting. Truly a grand ole piece. A true black but several photos were lightened in order to show the stitching pattern on the outside. Condition: Pre-owned vintage in excellent overall condition. However, there is one tiny spot on the underside of side rim where a small repair was made by original owner, plus there is one small spot where a stitch or two in the inside lining is loose. Both shown in the last photo. Can be properly repaired or an applique attached. Condition: Pre-owned in excellent condition with the exception of the 2 small issues stated above.
