A beautifully styled 1930s original Lilly Dache ladies tilt topper. This beautiful hat is a very rare and wearable collectors piece, it is a Lilly Dache’Red Label’ tilt hat. It is made from the finest of millinery materials. Made by one of the greatest milliners there has ever been (see collectors notes below). Acclaimed for her celebrity clientelle which notably included Dietrich and Garbo. This beautiful 1930s hat is constructed in buttery soft black finest quality beaver felt. It is constructed to be worn on a tilt sitting forward over the brow. It is adorned with swirls of a soft golden lame fabric encrusted with coloured rhinestones. There is an inner grosgrain banding and elastic to hold and the coveted and very rare Red Label Lilly Dache Paris and New York milliners 1930s red label. It is of an average ladies head size, worn tilted to the front of the head and secured with the elastic that is lost in your hair at the back.
