This hat is a rare perfect condition example of the sweetly romantic Lillian Gish or Enchanted April style. The crown of the cloche is a soft multi-ruffled bell of black lace netting lined in fine black silk, and the upturned brim is filled with a gorgeous garden of multi-hued silk rosettes and velvet flowers which have an alluring single layer of black netting over them! In really exceptional condition, fits my 22.5 inch manikin head to perfection, and also looks great on this 21.5 manikin head.
