Rare 1930s/40s charmeuse silk jumpsuit with rope belt. Featuring beautiful palazzo/Bell shape legs/arms. Waist to hem 43 long. 56 total length from shoulder to hem. Condition: LOTS of popped seams. Mainly at the back collar nape area some near hem and throughout. Some stress on the seams at the back waist butt area. Two holes in the fabric that hide pretty well (didnt notice them up until I was cleaning it and found them) One is located near the lower butt thigh area and the other in the leg. (All pictured above) the armpits have been repaired using a different fabric by previous owner. The black saber tooth like ends of the belt have some wear. The top button is different and a metal clip is needed at the top for closure. Please see all photos. Overall, the jumpsuit is still wearable but just needs some TLC.
