Vintage 1950s Bes-Ben Designer Red Velvet Cocktail Hat with Scalloped Panels Luscious little hat by the great Mad Hatter of millinery, this Bes-Ben is a round shaped, close hat with sculpted, velvet panels encircling the brim in a scalloped design. Has a black elastic strap to keep it in place in the rear, and comes with a matching hat pin. Interior is lined in brown satin, has a petersham, as well as has the iconic “Bes-Ben Made in Chicago ” label. 8.5″ x 8.5″ Condition: Good but with some wear to the surface of the velvet hear and there. Not visible when worn and with no holes. Please see pics for details. All items come from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
