Gray wool felt base has cut outs in the crown and the exterior is bedecked in rhinestones, with flower design bead work at the front top and at the overhanging, scallop edged brim at center. Interior has petersham and it comes with a matching hat pin to keep it all in place. Made in Chicago Interior circumference: 20.5 Condition: Very good with no visible imperfections other than a small, faint stain at center top from where it looks a rhinestone went missing. Noticeable only when pointed out and priced accordingly. All items come from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
