Calling all collectors and fashionistas… You’re not likely to see another quite like this amazing conversation piece.. Sophisticated Classic antique 1920s 1930s flapper cloche hat. It is made of black velvet and features lovely ruffled embroidered French Alencon net lace. Interior is lined with a fine silk/satin and labeled CHANDLER HATS -Paris-Boston. The pictures do not capture the true charm of this little gem. There is no size on the label, but the inside circumference is roughly 22 inches. Some minor wear to the edge where the velvet has worn (very minor) due to age. Please see photos as they are considered part of the description. I will be happy to answer questions.
