Elsie Krassas Original Honolulu. Vintage Straw hat with attached Feather lei Hatband in Green. This beautiful hat is in excellent condition-it appears to have never been worn. The hat measures 15 inches across. The head opening is 6.5 inches across- there is stretch to the straw. The interior has a silk band with no signs of wear and the Elsie Honolulu label-there is also a stretch chinstrap. The shape of the straw hat is unique with a small peak accented with a wonderful green feather lei- there are touches of white in the feather band. The feather band is sewn onto the hat. The straw and feathers are still bright and beautiful with nothing missing. A rare and beautiful survivor of the glamorous Hawaiian Islands.
