It is incredibly rare and stunning in every way. Formed in high quality fine felt, it is a high stovepipe chimney shaped topper. The stripes are in hues of pale cigar brown, duck egg blue, yellow and rust/orange. The brim to the front is turned back with a felt bow sitting centre. The top of the crown dips. A hat pin tipped in the same felt sits to the back. It is in excellent true vintage condition, clean and totally wearable. Of a Medium head size, approx.
