Tall crown with pleated decoration and wide wired rim decorated with rows of stitching and a bow. It is lined in black and also has an elastic strap inside. Hat rim 2 or 5cm. Hat circumference on the inside 21 1/2 or 55cm. Crown depth 3 or 8cm. Veil 12″x31″ or 30cmx79cm.
