FASHIONED OF A WIRED BASE THAT IS COVERED IN PURPLE SILK VELVET THROUGHOUT THE FRONT WITH STRAW AND CHENILLE ATOP WITH DENSE JET BEADING THROUGHOUT. A SILK BOW TRIMS THE BOTTOM WITH A CLUSTER OF FEATHERS AT THE SIDE AND THE INNER BRIM HAVING A CUT STEEL EMBLEM. CONDITION : MINOR WEAR TO THE PURPLE VELVET AT HIGH POINTS, I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT IT EVER HAD TIES. MEASUREMENTS IN INCHES: 6 X 7 INCHES. Vintage and antique items ARE NOT new items.
