A GROSGRAIN RIBBON AND BOW TRIMS THE CROWN, THE INTERIOR IS MISSING THE LINING AND THE INNER BUCKRAM IS VISIBLE, A NEW LINING IS EASILY RE-ADDED. TRACES OF SILK TULLE RUFFLES TRIM THE UNDER SIDE EDGED BRIM, WOULD BE A WONDERFUL PIECE TO ADD ADDITIONAL TRIMS. HEAD HOLE: 24 1/2. BRIM: 14 1/2 X 16. Vintage and antique items ARE NOT new items.
