This hat was custom made by Del Mar Hats here in Los Angeles, a high end bespoke millinery. It was based off of the cartwheel style hats of the 1940s that were so popular in their day. The hat measures 17″ long and 17″ across. It is adorned with a gross grain ribbon bow on the back. Circumference of the head band is about 21 1/2. Suitable for hat pin use as well.
