The hat is in overall excellent condition. The felt is clean and remains soft and pliable. A floral embellishment is made from the same felt velour. There is one small spot that looks like it might have moth damage but the dark navy color makes it hard to see. The hat fits more like a beret style and the circumference is larger than average.
