Their hats were the height of fashion in the 1940s and they were coveted for their style and quality. This frothy confection is done in a wonderful nude tulle the color of the season!! The tulle is tiered in a bouffant style with a citrine rhinestone embellishment anchoring the tulle on the front center of the hat. The tulle adds an elegant sophistication to the hat.
