(hatbox not included) black knitted cap, with 13 hanging tassels that have 4 fringe. MEASUREMENTS: 10 wide and 11 from front to back (inside the cap). CONDITION: Excellent VINTAGE CONDITION! NOTABLE ISSUES: A COUPLE OF AREAS ON THE TASSEL BUTTONS WHERE THE THREAD HAS SHIFTED SOMEWHAT AND YOU CAN SEE A LITTLE BIT OF THE COLOR UNDERNEATH, DOES NOT DETRACT FROM THE LOOK OF THIS FABULOUS HAT.
