This is a vintage inspired women’s 1920’s flapper hat. It is adorned with the Nocera & Co. Signature antique brass pieces one on either side. This is brand new, hand made and sewn. The lighter colored purple on the brim is made of 100% cotton velour and the hat as well as the metalic purple lining ribbon are all hand dyed. Please message me if you would like any more details.
