Original 1910s ladies bicorn cloche hat. With French Belle Epoque Napoleonic influences. Beautiful, original bicorn cloche with turn back brims in shades of rust. Constructed in multiple materials incorporating some very technical and intricate millinery skills. This 1910s toque hat is so beautifully constructed, a very talented milliner was responsible for this workmanship. It is a collectors dream, an excellent example of this era, the bicorn, and displaying top notch millinery skill. We will let the images do the talking here, note the intricate ribbon work, shaping and beautiful edgings. The feather is soft and coordinated with the hat. The original lining is in black, minor wear at the edges. Of an average to large ladies head size, approx. 22.5 to 23 inches. Totally clean and wearable.
