This hat is made from cellophane straw, it has netting with velvet dots, there’s a wire frame in front that holds the dotted tulle up high, it has large purple hydrangeas and 2 hummingbirds. One bird shows some glue coming through the feathers, both needs to be secured. It measures 20 1/2 inches around the inside circumference and the brim is 4 1/2 inches wide. It sits on the top of the head and should fit all. It measures 11 inches side to side and 11 inches front to back. If there is any problem with the item, you must contact me within 3 days of receipt.
