Rare Vintage 1940s Collectable Green Velvet Fringe Pop Up Hat as seen in 1940s Vogue Magazine. The hat is made of velvet and has some wear which I have shown in the photos. The back needs a sticth to make it tighter. It is an amazing shape and pattern, i had never seen before but in an old Vogue magazine. It would be great for any hat collector or to reproduce as when you put on your head just right the back pops up and stands select, with a lovely back with green fringe.
