This is an incredibly beautiful and fine helmet cloche, with complex gold embroidery and soutache work and soft silk velvet diamond shaped panels with fine gold thread swirl work. A rounded helmet shaped crown and low sides, one angled and one rounded sitting close to the face. The original silk lining is in a golden fawn shade with the milliners name’Fisk’ embroidered within.
