The black ruffled tulle netting sits upon a rounded form, interspersed amongst the ruffles are millinery roses in hues of ivory and pink. It is beautifully shaped falling low to the front. It is secured with a hoop back and hat elastic to the back. A stunning and stylish 1940s tilt hat in excellent true vintage condition, clean and totally wearable.
