This is a true vintage original 1940s hat from my collection. I would call it a tilt hat. I have displayed it as I would wear it but you can wear it as you choose. Like more straight on the head than tilted. It is made with a black felt material. It has black sequin around front brim of hat covered by net. Also sequin on part of the bow feature on the front. Net can be worn down over face or pulled up on to the hat. It has a black net detail that has continued to back from the front of hat I see no holes or tears. In my opinion is in very good excellent condition. I have tried to display as best to my ability. I have a large collection of vintage hats that I have been collecting for over 30 years.
