The hat is adorned with beautiful small brass studs trimming. With a strap on the back to keep the hat in place. It has a tilt design and is beautifully sculpted, you can wear the hat in many different ways to your liking. Unique and one of a kind design. The matching 1940s reversible clutch purse is covered on one side with black gold polka dot satin fabric , the other side is covered in rich black velvet and the same brass studs trimming. The purse is folded , on each side the purse has an elastic loop that is secured over a button to create two zippered pockets. Both hat and purse are in excellent condition, no flaws to mention.
