There is a chin strap which is wired and covered in Black Satin. Label reads: Yvonne Millinery of California. Hat interior is approx. 19 and is an extra small according to internet hat sizing charts. 16.5″ – 17″ in diameter with an overlapping back which is a nice added detail. In excellent vintage condition with the feathers moving freely with any breeze. The peach interior has minor discoloration most likely from storage and does not distract.
