Rare antique gold silk brocade stage hat from the turn of the century. Reminiscent of Ziegfeld Follies headdresses from the 1900s to 1910s. The front is highly decorated with sequins, gold ornaments and jewels. Fine gold silk brocade. Lower interior is a tan linen, top exterior is of an old textile fabric. It is in good to fair condition- many areas of loss/ tears to the gold fabric and damage to the sides.
