Stunning Antique Vintage Art Deco Cloche Flapper Hat by Jacoll. Circa 1920’s – 30’s. A simply beautiful original antique Art Deco cloche hat, in a gorgeous aqua suedy velvet, by Jacoll. Absolutely Stunning, and very unique. The brim can be worn up or down at the front, depending on preference. It has a lovely pale grey grosgrain ribbon at the back, with a button in matching fabric. The hat is fully lined with black silk, which is fabulously clean. The velvet is lightweight, not heavy, making the hat ideal for all seasons, including summer. It is in Wonderful Clean Condition and has obviously been cherished. Some of the photographs make the hat look bluer than it actually is – it is a pale aqua colour. The Jacoll company was founded circa 1917 and appears to be the brand name of J. Collett Ltd, a London based company. They were best known for making fabric and felt hats for women, but as well as that they made uniform caps and hats for service personnel. Everything is ALL ORIGINAL. This hat is extremely wearable and would be perfect for a Modern Day Flapper Girl. The hat could easily be accessorized with a flower or scarf, with very little effort. Small to Medium Ladies Size.
