An original French 1920s turn back brimmed cloche. A very nicely made sisal cloche in dark blue with a turned up brim to the front. The sisal ribbons are shaped into side arches and sisal lace provides the edging and other detailing. A satin ribbon bands the hat falling into a bow at the side.
