This hat is made from black straw, the upper portion of the brim is overlaid with tan silk gauze. It has great looking flowers around the crown. It needs a lining and straw is unstitched about 3/4 of the way around the edge of the crown. It measures 23 inches around the inside circumference. If there is any problem with the item, you must contact me within 3 days of receipt. As is items are non refundable.
