Huge opulent ostrich plumes in pure snowy white, super frilly and curly and extra thick and extra wide, they almost fill the entire crown. Vintage is 1940s, the base of the hat is a chocolate brown felt with brown velvet trim. Completely hand stitched, even the inside grosgrain head size ribbon is hand sewn in place.
