An original French 1920s turn back brimmed cloche. A very nicely made sisal cloche in dark blue with a turned up brim to the front. The sisal ribbons are beautifully shaped into a helmet cloche with turn back front and low falling sides. A double arrow hat flash gives a Deco statement to the front.
