True Antique Red Silk Flapper Cloche with Red Velvet band on brim, and fancy trimmings of silk and curled ostrich feather. The lining has come apart from the hat mostly, and could use a few hand stitches. Slight wear to velvet on band. Measures 13″ wide, 12″ front to back, and 8-9 high. The hat displays beautifully!
