A HUGE cloud of frilly and thick white ostrich plumes surrounds almost the entire hat, giving it a dramatic Dr. The hat base is a fluffy ivory long napped faux fur of wool. In a Juliet cloche style. The hat has Lilly’s custom couture black taffeta lining with the words LILLY DACHE’ Paris New York in white. The plumes are super thick and frilly and fluffy. Fits most heads due to the design.
