Genuine antique, Edwardian era with beautiful trimmings. Made of fine black silk velvet with a medium wide brim and deep crown. Draping across the hat is a lovely cream colored ostrich plume, thick and fluffy. On the side is a wonderful large bunch of cloth millinery flowers, little purple and black blossoms on long green cloth stems. The plume end is catched in a brooch made of ox bone and hand carved. Fully lined in black fabric, no maker’s marks. I show the hat on a full sized millinery head, the head is not included. Please ask if you need more details.
