FASHIONED OF A STIFFENED BASE THAT IS FULLY COVERED IN RUCHED BLACK SILK TAFFETA WITH FLAT SILK TAFFETA RIBBON TRIMMING THE CROWN AND EDGE BRIM WITH BOWS ON THE SIDE WITH THE UNDER BRIM FULLY RUCHED AS WELL. THE FRONT OF THE HEAD HOLE IS TRIMMED IN BLACK SILK VELVET WITH A CRIMPED STRAW LIKE MATERIAL IN BLACK TRIMMING ATOP GATHERED SILK TAFFETA RIBBON. LINED ON THE INTERIOR WITH A THIN SILK. NO LABELS AS TO THE MAKER. ONE SMALL PUNCHED HOLE IS SEEN IN ONE OF THE OUTER FLAT SILK TAFFETA RIBBONS. NO OTHER FLAWS, SILK IS STRONG AND IS FULLY WEARABLE.
