FASHIONED OF A WHITE PICQUET COTTON CROWN WITH WHITE COTTON EYELET EDGED BRIM AN AN UNDERBRIM THAT IS IN DOUBLE PIPED ROWS OF COTTON. ACQUIRED FROM A MUSUEM DE-ACCESSION, THE GROSGRAIN TIES WERE ADDED BY THE MUSUEM. ONE SMALL RUST STAIN ON THE EDGE SIDE OF THE UNDER BRIM AND SEVERAL VERY FAINT LIGHT STAINS ON THE TOP CROWN. UNIVERSAL AS IT IS MEANT TO BE WORN ATOP GATHERED HAIR. MEASUREMENTS IN INCHES: 16 ACROSS THE BRIM. Vintage and antique items ARE NOT new items.
