FASHIONED OF A LARGE BLACK JET BEAD WIRED ROUND WITH SILK TULLE OVER THE BONING THAT HOLDS IT IN PLACE. THE ENTIRE BRIM IS BONED WITH A POINT IN THE FRONT WITH BLACK CHANTILLY LACE FRILLS FULLY AROUND THE BRIM AND IS DENSE ON THE TOP MIDDLE WITH BROWN MOIRE SILK RIBBONS AND MINIATURE FLORALS. THE TIES ARE IN BLACK SILK FAILLE. ONE TIE NEEDS TO BE TACKED BACK INTO PLACE. Vintage and antique items ARE NOT new items.
