A dashing lot of two 1890 – 1910’s large Edwardian suffragette ladies hat with a wide brims. Both hats are made from what is called plush fleece felt. These hats are worn on top of the head and would have been held in place with a hat pin. A hat is worth to add to your collection or just to wear. These hats was de-accession from the Rochester Historical Society Museum collection. A great addition to one’s collection and this hat will enhance your collection and is worthy of collecting and very wearable. Description Left Black Hat Large plush fleece felt with one black feather. Has wires attached on top of brim to fix feathers into to secure. Has a inner black cotton draw string lining with a bnlack velvet inner band. This hat was de-accession from the Rochester Historical Society Museum collection. CONDITION In good condition with no holes, or stains. No wear to plus felt. This hat needs feathers, and flowers to spruce this lovely hat up. The inner band has a wire support and needs securing.
