FASHIONED OF A STIFFENED BASE THAT IS COVERED IN MULTI COLORED SCALLOPED CUT FEATHERS WITH GREEN AND HOT PINK VELVET TRIMMING THE BRIM. THE TOP OF THE HAT HAS A TWIST OF PINK VELVET FOR THE STEMS OF THE ROSES WITH BEAUTIFUL FEATHERED ROSES STANDING STRAIGHT UP. THE INTERIOR IS LINED IN VIBRANT GOLD LAME.
