Rare and highly collectible Vintage BES BEN, Mad Hatter of Chicago consisting of green leaves and gold tipped artichokes in waxed plastic! Made between 1958 and 1959, it has a brown elastic strap to keep it on steady at the nape. Interior shows that is a green mesh, outlined in green velvet, and featuring the iconic Bes-Ben tag. Condition: very good with breaks in the green veil netting as is common in hats that made it here from that era. Condition: very good with no visible imperfections.
