Victorian 19th century Black MOURNING HAT with Long Silk Veil 46 long. Dates to circa 1880 to 1895. The hat is for a Small head size, with tiny pink birds, possibly for children. A beautiful and rare antique mourning hat in very good antique condition. The veil is intact without any holes or tears. The netting on this hat is crumpled and not in mint condition. A single pear is attached to the gold hat pin — the hold is untested. Wonderful to collect or display, or wear for your Halloween cemetery walk or Gothic event.
