This is a wonderful 1960s vintage hat made by Otto Lucas under the “Atelier Lucas” label. This hat features a wide brim with t. He high set crown is decorated with a cream ribbon and gold colored metal buckle. The opening is lined with cream grosgrain ribbon. The hat measures 13″ by 11″ across the bottom. The opening measures 22 around the inside band – it should fit a small to medium size. The hat is in very good condition. Age: 1960s / early 70s.
