FASHIONED OF A PURPLE FELT THAT IS PIPE STITCHED IN DOUBLE CROSSING RING DETAILS FULLY AROUND WITH A STRIPED BAND IN FELT AROUND THE CROWN WITH A BOW DETAIL AT THE SIDE. UNLINED, NO LABEL AS TO THE MAKER WITH THE MUSEUM ID STITCHED TO THE INTERIOR. MEASUREMENTS IN INCHES: 23 1/2 AROUND THE HEAD HOLE. Vintage and antique items ARE NOT new items.
