This VINTAGE 1960’S HAPPY CAPPERS MOD VIBRANT ORANGE FEATHER PARTY COCKTAIL HAT is in good preowned condition, this is a really fun hat the feathers and whisps are very animated and light, I see no dry rot or damage on this hat, the inside has aged glue stains from where the feathers were put in place, I see little to no other damage on this fabulous over the top hat.
