Please see all pictures as they are part of the description. This hat is made of Genuine Fur Felt. There is an Inkstamp inside the cap that states Genuine fur felt bodies by Lee (LANDSCO). There is a label that states LANDSCO, and a tag that states 23. It is a wide brimmed hat. The cap comes down in the back to cup your head, with 2 grosgrain ribbons to trail down behind, or not. I pinned them up with the 2 hatpins that came with the hat when I bought it. There are 2 lengths of black lace attached to secure the hat to your head. For adornment there are 3 large black Ostrich feathers attached at the front and covered with a swatch of black lace. Attached to the lace are what look like two earrings hand sewn on either side of the feathers, (the earrings are prong set and 1 stone is missing) The 3 Ostrich feathers are supported by a wire at the back to raise them upward. The inner circumference measured about 23, I think the hat was worn on a high hairdo it probably can fit any size, making it necessary to use hairpins to attach to your hair. The brim measured about 5″ in the front and at the sides and only 3 1/2″ at the back. I added new pictures with a glass head so you can see the dimensions. I bought this hat in an Antique Mall at least 22 years ago. It still looks the same way as the day I bought it since I kept it covered well. I was told it was from the Edwardian Era 1910 – 1914, but someone instructed me that it is from the 1930 – 40’s Era.
