BLACK SILK SATIN BOW TRIMS THE FRONT WITH A FULL BIRD ATTACHED TO THE SIDE WITH BLACK OSTRICH HEADING TO THE REAR WITH THE BOW IN THE BACK. THE BIRD HAS A GLASS EYE WITH IRRIDESCENT FEATHERS AND THE BEAK IS SLIGHTLY OPEN. INTERIOR LINING HAS BEEN REMOVED. S NECK COULD USE A SMALL TACK STITCH. A VERY BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE VICTORIAN HAT.
