Vintage cloche style hat with embellishments. Horsehair, silk, beads, woven straw. Black with what looks like brown underlay material around the sides covered in black horsehair type material. No labels or tags-please go by measurements to insure proper fit. Beautiful design and has wire articulation around top and brim so you can mold it creatively. 23 3/4 around inside sweatband area (no sweatband).
