Beautiful grosgrain ribbon fashioned into flowers with scalloped or pleated edging on black velvet. Although size is not listed within the hat/bonnet, it will fit a larger head, unlike most hats from the same time period. Hat will fit a large or extra-large head… Or will fit long hair pulled up inside the hat. The lining needs to be tacked down, but in otherwise good vintage condition without any major flaws.
