INTERIOR HAS THE ELASTIC CORD TO FIT OVER THE REAR OF THE HEAD BUT IT HAS LOST STRETCH. GROSGRAIN SWEATBAND HAS A LABEL ON THE REAR BETTIE OFFER NEW YORK CITY.
