1940s/50s Winkelman’s Iridescent Black Rooster Feather Women’s Pillbox Hat. Large tuft of feathers attached on the outside. Outer hat lined with feathers under a layer of mesh. Very stylish and elegant hat. Measures 8″ long, 7″ wide, and 6 deep. Would fit nicely on an average sized head. Great condition some wear to the material and feathers but no major damage.
